 2.The appropriate fee (by local cheque or demand draft payable at Chennai) along with the stamp size colour photos, should be sent to our postal address or handed over at the event briefing.
3. Acknowledgement of this form does not amount to enrolment. Printed form and Declaration need to be signed at the briefing.
4. If the entrant/driver is not Indian, please fill an additional form available at our office.
5. If the driver is under 18, the forms needs to be countersigned by parent/guardian.
